Members or Friends of Chalice Unitarian Universalist Congregation may request formal recognition of a social justice action at Chalice from the Social Justice Team (SJT) by completing and submitting this form. (In the absence of a three-person SJT, the Coordinating Team will provide oversight and approval.)
